Joint lab with Danieli Automation



We have a joint laboratory with Danieli Automation whose main aim is to use the advanced control, perception and planning algorithms, developed for the humanoid robot iCub, in metal processing environments.  

The joint lab is coordinated by Giorgio Metta, the PI in Dynamics and Control is Daniele Pucci, and the project manager is Silvio Traversaro. We, as a research line, bring expertiese in modelling, control, and planning of nonlinear systems applied to metal processing environments.
